The Struggler for Power and the Fight for Survival
What makes the difference is the way we use our power. We can either turn it around in constructive ways or we can choose to turn around in destructive ways. No matter how we choose to do so, the impact can either make us or break us. Tyranny is one of the examples of the things that break us. I.e. Communism and dictatorships in Africa and around the world. People who are dictators sometimes had bad histories. They use power to oppress their people and seek for acceptance, perhaps the acceptance they never had in their childhoods.
They abuse their people by suppressing their rights to free speech and other universal rights. It’s important that we treat people with diseases like AIDS and other deadly diseases like human beings. It’s important that we focus on solutions, rather than the problems or the origins of these diseases and who or what stood behind them. The world needs results, not excuses, lies and manipulations. I talk about abuse in several levels. Both at social levels, but also at personal levels as well. Unfair trade is the reason behind many problems we face in our Western nations like: illegal immigration, terrorism, climate change, hunger, crime etc. We fear to see some developing countries make progress because we don’t want to lose our welfare, but what some of us don’t understand is that it’s in our best interests that the developing world makes progress so that they can be able to feed their people and live decent lives. I personally believe that the financial crisis is the root of lots of problems we are facing in our societies today. Lots of people lose their jobs, many companies aren’t performing well as they used to and fear of what the future holds. That’s why it’s important that we have hope as we make decisions. The number one root behind terrorism is poverty and the poor feels left out by their corrupt governments and the international community and they get driven by ideologies, which are barbaric and destructive for themselves and others in their community and our part of the world. They become easy targets for those who have destructive mindsets and those who promote religious bigotry. Such ideologies are inexcusable and we need to use our power to fight it and build lives so that they can be somebody in life. When they do that, they are free and freedom makes them fly like birds. If you’re free, you’re happy. Peace without justice is like wanting to get out of a prison, without a key.
The Depth of My Soul
Freedom of press the sitting duck
Journalists or anchors are human beings like us and they do what they do because they love it and they make a living of it. The purpose of the free press is to inform is about the circumstances that they see around the world so that we can have an idea about what is going on in our communities and around the world. My hope is that laws are enforced by the UN, if the UN cares about free speech and the freedom of press. I hope that CPJ keeps fighting a big battle against bandits who are so insecure that they would have to kill for their survival.
My thanks to Christiane Amanpour from CNN for brining this topic on Youtube and I owe this book to her and many other journalists who risk their lives reporting in dangerous places. My hope is that the families of the victims get the help and the justice they need so that they can be healed. Thank you for stepping in this blog. I am very grateful that Christiane Amanpour is such a great inspiration. I dedicate this book to her and many other anchors around the world. In Freedom of Press, the sitting duck, I use poetry to talk about different situations, journalists can endure. I am not specific on characters because anyone of them can be in similar situations. I relate this situation with others who go through it too: Authors, Human Rights activists, Greenpeace activists, freedom fighters, aid workers etc.

Why I Strongly Support Israel
I want to say that it really hurts me that many innocent people get killed, especially women and children. Palestinians are people like you and me and they are paying for Hamas' stupidity. Hamas does not have any fruitful propostion which can serve the Palestinians. Their only goal is to promote hate, just like Al-Qaeda and other extrme Muslim groups. Any country in this world has a right to defend itsef and the demonstrations, I watch on TV don't gain the Palestinian cause. Palestinians need a better life, they want their children to have an education and live a life that will benefit their country, but their voice is oppressed by the spirit of hatred and tyrranny from groups that don't want them to have good lives. Israel has a right to defend itself and its citizens. I am an Atheist and I don't believe in any religion. I believe in respect and dignity.

My first book
My name is Balthazar Rodrigue Nzomono-Balenda and I am a French-born Congolese author and I live in Denmark. I am a new author and here is my book. The name of my book is “THE DEPTH OF MY SOUL” and here is how you can benefit from my book. It is a book of poetry and the way my book differs from other books of poetry is that I focus on problems such as: corruption, dictatorship, abuse, genocides, relationship problems, climate change, hunger, poverty.
The idea behind the title of my books is not just about the mentioned circumstances that I talk about with passion, but also hope for peace, hope for life and justice.
I wrote my first book in my home and during the summer. I struggled finding the right publiser that I felt like giving up, until I found I-Proclaim, which is a publisher from Pittsburgh, PA. They motivated me and showed areas where changes had to be made. Time after time, I had to make changes with the size of my documents.
My ideal fan is a person who is intrsted in poetry and also in circumstances that happen in our societies. My ideal fan is a person who loves justice to be served and see freedom prevail where there is oppression and torture.
My book is available at http://store.i-proclaimbookstore.com/depthofmysoul.html and you can also download the e-book version of the book.
I am open to questions, debates and comments from and please feel free, if you have any questions comments I would like to know.
